Introduction of Alkali Proof Castables

The product is alkaline refractory material with good alkali resistance, and significantly better corrosion resistance to CaO. The main components of the product are SiO2 and Al2O3. It is a qualified product. It is commonly used in cement kilns and lime kilns.

Features of Alkali Proof Castables

High-strength alkali-resistant castables are mainly used at places with severe alkali metal oxide corrosion and vapor corrosion and also have a large load. The application fields are cement rotary kiln end, cyclone outside kiln decomposition separator inner lining, and roasting alumina rotary kiln end inner lining. High-strength alkali-proof castables are also used in steel, nonferrous metals, glass, paper, and so on, for example, industrial furnaces with alkaline vapor corrosion, and the working lining of flues and chimneys.

Alkali-resistant castables have good resistance to alkaline gases and slag, and it has a long service life.
