The kiln head cover is made of mullite high-strength explosion-proof castable. The wear will be less than 10 square meters after 12 months of operation, and the damage area will be less than 20 square meters after 24 months of operation.
In the high-temperature area of the grate cooler, mullite high-strength explosion-proof castable is used, with a reasonable service life of 1 year.
The mid-temperature zone of the grate cooler and the mid-temperature zone of the preheater system are made of high-aluminum steel fiber castables and high-aluminum low-cement castables, with a reasonable service life of 2 years.
The low-temperature zone of the grate cooler and the low-temperature zone of the preheater system use high-aluminum low-cement castables and ordinary alkali-resistant castables for 3 years.
The low wall of the grate cooler adopts a brick-concrete structure, silicon carbide castable + 1550 silicon molybdenum brick, 1 year.
The areas prone to crusting such as the smoke chamber at the end of the kiln, the lower-level unloading pipe at the end, and the cone of the decomposition furnace should be made of anti-crushing castables. The smoke chamber will be partially repaired after 1 year, and the other areas will be repaired for more than 24 months.
Regular parts such as the cyclone cylinder cylinders at all levels are made of high-strength alkali-resistant bricks, which can operate for 3-5 years.
The regular parts of the tertiary air duct are made of 1550 silica molybdenum bricks or high-aluminum low-cement castables for 2-3 years.
The tertiary air duct exiting the kiln head cover end and the elbow entering the decomposition furnace are easy-to-wear parts. They adopt a brick-concrete structure, silicon carbide castable + 1550 silicon molybdenum bricks, and can operate normally for one year.
The tertiary air damper uses an integral prefabricated damper and has a reasonable lifespan of 10 months.
Burner, normal life is 4-8 months.
