Check whether the mixer, vibrator, etc. are working normally; and whether the driving is normal. If a failure occurs, repair it in time or prepare other hanging equipment. You must ensure that pouring cannot be interrupted. It is necessary to clean up the debris in the pouring area and make sure it is neat and clean.

2. Construction methods of low cement castables

3. Oven curve of low cement castable

Therefore, it is very important to formulate a reasonable oven curve. If necessary, excellent explosion-proof additives can be used, so that the moisture of low cement castable molding weight can be removed smoothly without causing any side effects.
