High-alumina refractory bricks are made from bauxite or kaolinitic clays. The definition high-alumina refractory bricks contain between 50 and 87.5 percent alumina. They are much harder and tougher than fireclay refractories at high temperatures and in basic environments.
High Alumina Insulating Refractory Bricks are a special type of brick that can handle high temperatures and act as insulation. Insulating bricks are used to line fireplaces, fireboxes, furnaces and kilns.
Alumina Bubble Refractory Bricks contain more than 90% Al2O3 and is a lightweight refractory product mainly composed of corundum. Al2O3 and the appropriate amount of clay and bonding agent are used as raw materials, and gas blowing agents are used in the preparation stage.
Sintered Corundum Bricks are kind of high alumina refractory bricks, It is a refractory clinker made of calcined alumina or industrial alumina powder as raw material, finely ground into balls or green bodies, and sintered at a high temperature of 1750~1900.
Mullite Bricks are made of synthetic fused mullite or sintered mullite, pressed by selected shaping processes, and fired in high temperature furnaces. Mullite bricks offer high density, low porosity, good hot strength, and good slag resistance.
Fused AZS Zirconia corundum bricks are made with raw materials including high pure alumina powder, zircon sand and desiliconized zirconium, after fusing processing and chemical reaction, and is composed of three main chemical components of Al2O3, ZrO2 and SiO2.
Fireclay Refractory Bricks are also called Chamotte bricks, which are manufactured from unfired refractory bond clay and fireclays (chamotte), fired refractory clay or similar grog materials .
Phosphate High Alumina Bricks (also called Phosphate Bonded High Alumina Bricks) are a kind of new type environmentally friendly refractory, composed of normal refractory and light weight insulation refractory to meet the daily production requirements and save costs on coal and powder of users.
Mullite Refractory Bricks (also called mullite bricks) are made of synthetic fused mullite or sintered mullite, pressed by selected shaping processes, and fired in high temperature furnaces. Mullite refractory bricks offer high density, low porosity, good hot strength, and good slag resistance.
Andalusite bricks have high cold crushing strength, high refractoriness under load, high thermal stability, good creep resistance and thermal shock resistance. It is alternative product for high aluminum bricks, used in the professional of the key parts of the furnaces.
Chrome corundum bricks are a type of corundum refractory product that contains Cr2O3. It is made by using α-Al2O3 as the main raw material and adding an appropriate amount of chromium oxide powder and chromium corundum clinker fine powder. The bricks are then sintered at a temperature of 1700℃.
Low creep high alumina refractory bricks are a kind of large refractory material with a large proportion in mass. Low creep high alumina bricks are made from it, for their low creep character, it is also called low creep high alumina bricks. Normally it is used in high-temperature industrial furnaces under long-term high-temperature environments. Common low-creep refractory bricks include low-creep high alumina bricks and low-creep clay bricks.
