Alumina Bubble Refractory Bricks contain more than 90% Al2O3 and is a lightweight refractory product mainly composed of corundum. Al2O3 and the appropriate amount of clay and bonding agent are used as raw materials, and gas blowing agents are used in the preparation stage.
Sintered Corundum Bricks are kind of high alumina refractory bricks, It is a refractory clinker made of calcined alumina or industrial alumina powder as raw material, finely ground into balls or green bodies, and sintered at a high temperature of 1750~1900.
Mullite Bricks are made of synthetic fused mullite or sintered mullite, pressed by selected shaping processes, and fired in high temperature furnaces. Mullite bricks offer high density, low porosity, good hot strength, and good slag resistance.
Chrome corundum bricks are a type of corundum refractory product that contains Cr2O3. It is made by using α-Al2O3 as the main raw material and adding an appropriate amount of chromium oxide powder and chromium corundum clinker fine powder. The bricks are then sintered at a temperature of 1700℃.
